It is different for everybody. Sometimes I’ll create results immediately, obviously on what I INTEND. Sometimes it will be subtly and take some time. Why? Because it is what my Higher Consciousness knows is best for me.

relief and conviction in my decision to completely disconnect from prior relationship.

like it? I cannot think of anything at all
8. Why would you recommend this to someone? I value the insight derived from our session. It
was very personally empowering and the followup messages and exercises are very helpful for
me to integrate and solidify the session.

What was your primary reason(s) for using SESTHin the beginning & What’s your primary reason(s) NOW for using SESTH?
In the beginning I knew I was close to really understanding the roots and meaning of my continually reactive emotions, to my ongoing negative sense of self. But SESTH’s opened up a channel of information that had not been fully exercised.
The continual and practiced physical stirring of the low-mid and high brain bio-electrical charges, using the rapid eye movement, woke those old patterns up. The stirring allows the patterns to speak, to reveal, to express the wisdom that was just cycling without exit. SESTHis the processes of simply opening up what has not been opened, and really allowing both sides of me, both sides of the person (rational and intuitive) to communicate.
That is what I use SESTH for now, inner communication.
How did you SESTHing enable you to complete your book after how many years? It allowed me to trust my intuition, something that I only did about 30% of the time. Now it is 80% of the time.
How is SESTHS life coaching different from all of the others?
It is very direct, very intuitive, it activates the body seemingly very subtlety but then hours later or the next day you feel that something has opened, something feels lighter, parts are gone, others are remembered and integrated which positively impacts all facets of your life.
